Project Summary

Omron may have started out in the wrinkle-free world of trousers, but today they’re helping people take charge of their heart health with a smart range of ECG and blood pressure monitors. I came on board to help launch their iOS/Android app, with two clear goals: create personalised messages that actually reflected how people were using the app while making the whole experience feel simple, supportive, and completely doable.

Execution 

 Aside from launching on Amazon, my team created an email campaign to improve the app's sticking power during those challenging first weeks.
